Mo Janabi
Mo brings a rare combination of field expertise and engineering precision to every project. With a background in materials engineering and hands-on involvement in renovation and construction, he helps oversee each project from planning through final build — with a strong focus on quality, durability, and attention to detail.
His materials engineering background gives him a deeper understanding of how materials perform, where they should be used, and how proper selection can impact the longevity of a renovation. This helps reduce costly issues, protect client investments, and deliver results built to last.

Gheed Samaraie
With a background in architecture and over five years of experience, Gheed leads design and project documentation at Novara. She has contributed to hundreds of residential projects across California, with experience spanning custom kitchens, interior renovations, and high-end residential design.Her approach combines thoughtful design, functionality, and an understanding of how spaces come together in the real world — creating interiors that are both beautiful and practical to build.
She brings California-leveldesign standards to theArizona market, producing spaces that are both architecturally refined and engineered to perform.
